I had travelled to Frankfurt from UK on business and was staying here for the first time. I had looked at the Hotel website before I left the UK to familiarize myself with the facilities available. My experience here was even better than the lovely photos on the website! What a gem this hotel is. It was a perfect base for me to be able to concentrate on work during the day knowing that I would eat and sleep well and be ready for work again the next day. The hotel was warm, very clean, quiet, very comfortable bed and pillows, lots of hot water for showers, reliable WIFI and a very tasty in-house menu for dinners. The staff were friendly and attentive and worked as a united team. It is a very well managed hotel. I look forward to staying here again when I am next in Frankfurt.

Really nice rooms and climatisation. Nice spa, a little unusual decoration in the spa but still a good and relaxing room. I can’t note the breakfast because I didn’t buy it but I suppose that it’s very good! //Samuel

Been there for a business trip. Although a bit far from the city center, the hotel is very nice and it offer a very nice service. Rooms are clean and well furnished. The breakfast is nice and offer a good choice.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, nice toiletries and fluffy towels. There is also a range of extras: razor, makeup remover, nail files etc not provided in other hotels. The staff are really friendly, and are there 24/7 which was confirmed recently when my plane was horribly late, then diverted to an alternative airport which meant i didn't arrive at the hotel until nearly 3am. Breakfast is nice, plenty of choice; continental, cereal, nice warm breads 😛, eggs, bacon, fruits, juices, tea & coffee. There are no facilities in the room to make a hot drink, but this seems the norm in Germany, however bottled water is provided in the rooms. Evening menu is good, a good selection of dishes, menu is not too extensive but The food is tasty and they easily accomodate my allergy to cheese.
